Review: This is not a supp. that I would order again. I took for a solid 12 weeks and saw little of what it was hyped up to be. I did not feel and different when taking and even increased it to 3xs a day. I am a little caffine sensitive, and could deffinately tell when I stopped taking after 3 months. It took about a week to get my energy back. I also stacked it with Axix-HT and Nitrix. Overall, None of these were very promising.

Review: Absolute like this protien mix. It has an excellent mixture for an inbetween meal shake. The shake mixes best with milk, but is good with water also. Would recommend and am still using.
