I agree. Im not to big into abs or lots of muscle on girls. But it would help with keeping the curves. Not like you need any help with that ;)

I would like to alternate my heavy workout and endurance by a couple of days. EX. Mon:Heavy Tues:Rest Wens.orThurs:Enduro then repeat. Its weird. I can loose or gain mass fast so I have to keep those heavy workouts in and make sure to eat good. I get annoyed bc Im soo hungry all the time.

Hey! Put up some progress pics per your request. You should try melting pb in your oatmeal for breakfast. Or if you cook it on the stove, through 1 or 2 eggs in it and stir untill their mixed in good.:]
