All about Endurance. 4 months out till Air National Guard.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to smoke boot camp. There is no reason why I should break a sweat. Unless Im running which I dont mind, but my hips and knees make me feel like a cripple.
So im pretty solid on my choice of ANIMAL supplements. I like all their products and they seem to work well for me. I am deffinately hitting the gym harder and keeping solid on my eating habits. Thanksgiving is just around the corner though.
My favorite type of workout is a full body. I usually follow a Steve Reeves pattern, but today I tried a 10 set Tri of Weighted pullups, Weighted Dips and squats w my body weight on my back. I did this starting w 10 reps and decreased one rep every set. Kept it pumping with only bout a minute...
not hard to get to the gym it was the eating that was most difficult I am at the point again of 100% clean the thought of putting crap in my body just isn't appealing. I like healthy food and I have a huge variety of tasty treats and meals that keeps me satisfied. About you though...you have definition thats a good thing :) You must be doing something right :)
