low impact, moderate to high intensity. I rely on the treadmill and the eliptical. Also, I'm walking on the treadmill, not running. my sessions go for an hour.

Sorry i haven't gotten back to you bro. Yeah, I've checked in Antonio's page from time to time. the brutha's very consistent to say the least. Let's see if i get showcased like that some time next year. Kids are great. my youngest twins are now a year and crawl after me where ever I go- it's great. Thanks for checkin' in bro.

it's going. it could be better. i just bought this supplement called jacked and hoping that it helps in my last microcycle. my dead is charging towards 705. i'm back into my squats, so i foresee at least 500 by feb, and my bench press is stead, 500 still looks feasible by feb. How's things with u?

It JUST occured to me that i missed a post for week 14. last week was busy; but i did manage a 435 bench and 605 deadlift. i gotta post later today.

i don't really get involved in holidays, i just take advantage of the days off with my family. which wasn't bad. i made a nice beef stroganoff that my family loved. hope u enjoyed your holiday.
