How I Started:
I used to lift hard and took a several years off. Then gained 40 pounds and lost all motivation and self confidence. Like many I had a long term relationship end I became depressed and one day saw the light. Since then I havent stopped lifting and dieting its become a lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
It makes me natraully high... To be honest.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at guys that are in terrible shape, very often there talkin ****, and I think about how many times I could whoop there ass in in a half hour, then I put up another rep.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I have lost about 40lbs and increased my definition 100% Now I had regained over 20lbs in muscle
