At a slim 210 Lbs. That shirt might as well have been a parachute by the way it swallowed me. At that point I was still only casually working out, but just cardio. Too skinny and no significant muscle. Also, I had extra body fat around the stomach...but I still struggle with that somewhat.

At 255 Lbs. Slow Progress. I took a bit too much time off between workouts and wasn't eating correctly. I should be waaaay bigger than this by now. I have no one to blame but myself. I'm back on the strict training schedule now, and will dedicate more focus on showing more muscle growth by autumn 2008.

My shoulders are really looking a lot fuller these days. Not nearly EVEN CLOSE to where I want them to be, but It's getting there.

At a current 260 lbs. Not Bad. I'm just getting back to the workouts after about 3 months off due to a wrist injury. My muscle and shape have snapped back rather quickly (it's always amazing to me how the body does that). I need to work on leaning out now too.

Not bad. Shoulders are getting bigger :) I'm back down to 255 again do to me being a bit more recreationally active over the last couple weeks., which is a good thing right now because I'm losing some unwanted bodyfat. But I'm still focused on bulking mostly right now, and will worry about the cutting later.

Oops! This is embarassing, but I'm posting it anyway. I neglected my legs quite a bit over the past month or so. This is a HUGE training taboo that I hate...but fell in to. They REALLY need work! I'm hitting them extra hardcore now though, and they'll be back to normal within a month.
