Ha...the gym! I seriously need to update my profile...and my diet-which hasn't really changed all that much except for the addition of more fish.

Same for me. I did a lot of playing and less training over the summer. Well hey, we're both back at it now!

Yes, it's been a good summer, thanks. I hope you've enjoyed yours as well. How's your training going?

It's been a slow process of back and forth. I drop bodyfat and my weight goes down, while I increas muscle and my weight goes up. In the end, I'm looking to reach that huge lean mass. I'd like my bf% to be no more than 7%-10% TOPS...so I still have some work to do. Glad to hear you're still going at it as well.

DEFINITELY less reps with more weight. However, for me-it sometimes depends on the size of the muscles though. Back and leg muscles are HUGE and I like to use more reps to really get them fully pumped. Smaller ones like calves and triceps are the ones I like to beat up more with less reps but much heavier weight.

This one is 4 sets that pyramid down as 10,9,8,6. Sometimes I try to up the weight a bit and do 8,7,6,4.

I'm still working on it. I went down to 245 while cutting, then worked my way back up to a current 255. This is taking me longer than it should due to inconsistency though. I get caught up with work and other things too mmuch lately. I'm on track to hit 275 though. How about yourself? Sounds like you're cutting right now, right? Go get 'em buddy!
