Overall Goal: My ultimate goal is to be 275 lbs of ALL-NATURAL, healthy, HUGE muscle mass, start competing on stage, and place in the top 3. I consistently train for massive muscle gains, staying fit & lean, and continual overall physical progression.

When I Started:
Jun, 2001
How I Started:
I looked in the mirror about 5 1/2 years ago and saw somewhat toned physique, but just below average muscle development. I didn't work out at all, just played tennis and basketball. I thought to myself, "Wow, I bet this would look great If I were bigger". I had never thought of myself as a "big guy", and was thus immediately propelled into developing a workout regimen and applying it.
Why I Love It:
Simply put...I love the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easily...I have a very Type-A personality, and I HATE being small, or not progressing! Even though I'm not considered by anyone else to be small by any means, I know where I'd like to be, and HATE to be stagnant or away from my ultimate goal. It eats at me.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I was used to being 65 Lbs. less than I am now before working out. Looking at myself now, well, that's a major bodybuilding accomplishment.

At a slim 210 Lbs.
That shirt might as well have been a parachute by the way it swallowed me. At that point I was still only casually working out, but just cardio. Too skinny and no significant muscle. Also, I had extra body fat around the stomach...but I still struggle with that somewhat.

Goal (Long):
Currently I'm at 255 pounds, and training to be at a LEAN 275-280 (or more, depending on the flexibility and physical convenience). I love everything about large muscle mass when it comes to aesthetics. Clothes look great, the attention is nice, and it physically feels better overall. As someone who knows what it's like to be much thinner , as I have been in the past (At 6'2", I used to be at a consistent 185-190 pounds about 6 years ago) I can truly say that I feel much happier overall in a larger muscle-weight class. As a boy, I've always admired "the bodybuilding look", and I still do to this day...only much, much more!
This subject may have already been blogged to death already, but I just want to say that I am absolutely blown away...and ecstatic that the IFBB/Olympia has made stayed true to the coarse of direction that they've started on a few years back in recognizing and awarding the men's physiques on...
Man, these workouts are a lot more fun than they should be considering there are a lot more of them. I'm enjoying the training a lot though even though, of course the progress could ALWAYS be better.
I'm content though. Where you been hiding?

Good job, I'm sure you'll meet your goal in no time. I have to say after meeting Mr. Jones, I can see where you get your sense of humor from. As always keep up the good work.
