Sorry I have been away, I am recovering from a car accident. I have been having constant headaches still. I have been also working lots of overtime (prb not good for recovering) I won't be back on here until I can get back in the gym...
My short term goal is to get to the gym 5-6 times a week, with some days being 2x training sessions. I want to lose 1-2 lbs per week until I reach my goal.
I want to become the Megaman that i have always wanted to be. I want to be strong, ripped and very athletic. This is the year that i begin my journey towards a new me.
I want to be totally shredded by April 24, 2010 and win first place in my Masters Over 50 Class. I'd like to place in the upper 3rd in my weight class.
My goal for 2009 is finding balance, abundance and simplicity in my life.
I am also dedicating this year to apprenticing for yoga teacher certification.
