While working at the U.S. Embassie overseas, did PT with the Marine Security Guard Detachments. Joined a gym to stay fit upon return to the U.S. Started my push for a competitive physique March 15, 2008.
Why I Love It:
The people: focused, hard-working, goal-oriented, positive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Set achievable goals: long-term (6-month), short-term: monthly / weekly related to weight, bf, routines. Relate all to contest or season. Work through the rough spots. Just keep going no matter what.
BB Accomplishments:
Entered and won first contest: 2009 Arnold Classic Vitamin Shoppe / Body Tech Muscle and Performance Contest
