Background

When I Started: Mar 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I have been a part of this community, it seems forever, but I am committed to getting this weight off and looking and feeling better as I dive into my forties. I am excited about the improvements. I am starting, again, today, March 21, 2011.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Honestly, i don't like working out. well, I don't like working out alone. I don't have a workout partner, so i am believing that i can dig for something deep within to keep me motivated and strong this time around.

Too Many Things Going On

I thought I would become more active on this site. I am currently participating in other challenges on other websites and I can't let the team down, so as soon as the challenges are over I will be participating in a self challenge utilizing Jamie Eason's Live Fit 12-week Trainer. I am excited to get started. In the meantime i will be purchasing all of the necessary tools to get started.

Getting Started

I have decided, once again, to get back on track and get this weight off. Funny thing is I actually think I look better fat, though i don't look fat, I feel every bump and jiggly filling. I know, sounds gross, but truth is truth, right?


I actuallys tarted this whole process October of 2010 and really didn't do anything. I went through a very trying time in my life and realized that I had better get to changing something. Well, truth is, trauma causes weight loss.
