Background

When I Started: Jan 2006
HOW I STARTED:

Thought working out was only for meatheads. Finally one of my friends dragged me 2 the gym. I was hooked instantly.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I know it sounds tired but its the best stress reliever I know. When im in the gym and my iPod is pumpin all my worries and stress just melt away. Just me and the iron!
