I dont have a major. And the gym is wicked awesome. the only problem with it is that there is no seated military press :/ so Im using dumbbells for shoulder Press. I feel so strong in there!

I love it as a routine, but its very complicated and involves being done 100% as outlined in the program. Its not as easy as it seems to be. I am going to move on to different routines to try after my shows because its very taxating on the body after so long doing it.

.bro dont worry about putting fat on bro as long as u keep below like wat 15% which i know u wont be ur fine bro i mean bulking were u gain that mass aye im starting to bulk too im happy i get to bulk now aye but im like 94kg now i think at the end of the 2009 i thim il be over 100kg easy like hopefull put of that 6kg 4 will be muscle and 2 will be fat so im hopeing
