I was trying to transfer jobs and where I was going required physical fitness standards that I could not complete. I had to get into shape the old fashioned way; a gym with no AC, sweat and tears.
Why I Love It:
Seeing changes in my performance as well as appearance have made me want to see if I can go further. I also want to see the six pack I know is hiding under there somewhere.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always want to see what happens tomorrow. Being in a job that requires a level of fitness doesn't hurt either.
BB Accomplishments:
I want bigger legs. I do want to lose some fat from the midsection. I just want to be between 10 and 15 percent body fat.

Goal (Long):
I lost my weight and I want to get down to 10-15% body fat. I am still in line for a competition but will not be able to compete until next year. I plan to use all that time training for it. I still want to be fit enough to get in the ring and fight and at the same time climb a mountain or swim a lake. I want to concentrate more on my legs to even out the overall package. I want to be a little bulkyin the legs, but I still want a little size and definition in the upper body.
I find this member inspirational because of all that she has come from and the fact that she didn't let any of that get her down. It inspires me to want to do more!
I find this member to truly be a great person. We seem to see eye-2-eye on alot of things so far. I am inspired because she is moving forward and seeing her progress makes me want to do more.

I am glad your race went well. I saw pics of the previous ones and it looked like a real challenge! As for me, hit Plateau?--more like rock bottom! Everytime I worked out it hurt so basically i gave up. This past monday I have started getting up early and ding 40mins walking on my treadmill. I will see where that gets me. My blood pressure is through the roof and i think diabeties is knocking at my door.

Awww, thank you for your comments, your always so nice :-) I think you will pass with flying colors after completing that scramble you did, that looked tough, any pics from it yet? I am just focusing on the next 6 weeks trying to make some improvements before 2010... Kind of a Pre-New Years Resolution....
