Been an athlete all my life and weight training goes hand in hand.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling of being fit and looking good. It's a fulltime job!
How I Stay Motivated:
Challenging myself everyday. Setting goals and attaining them. Biggest motivation is father time! Age is only a number to me but you can't help aging...wait I'm working on that. It's nice when you look better than most 25 year olds.

None yet but I think I've may have one coming soon.

been training around an injured forearm, so has unfortunately limited the work on the guns. doing tons more cardio trying to lose some bf. slow but steady progress. how do you like the Purple Wrath?
