Been an athlete all my life and turned it into a lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling of being fit and looking good. It's a fulltime job!
How I Stay Motivated:
Challenging myself everyday. Setting goals and attaining them. Planning on gaining 10-15 lbs. and training to compete for the first time in '08. Aiming to get my BF% down to about 4-5% by competition time hopefully in November.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but I think I've may have one coming soon.

Well, looks like I'm going to take about 9 days off, "strategic deconditioning" (SD). I am learning to listen to my body and actually take a break when I feel run down. After taking a full 7-9 days off I found that my results improved dramatically instead of overtraining. ...
I would love too! But it will be hard for me to get away now, during the hay season. I wish I could meet you there. Its about 3 hrs from me. What dates will you be there?
