I love the feeling I get when I'm dedicated to some thing. I need training in my life to create the balance it has. Its part of me. I want others to have the same feelings I have experienced by discovering this.
How I Stay Motivated:
I picture my self they way I would like to be, and I tell my self to be that person.
BB Accomplishments:
I just got 2nd in the Bodyspace $50k contest by MuscleTech. I feel accomplished in the fact that I was able to pull this thing off with 6 weeks of dieting, when it was a 16 week contest.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I think every one is going to say bad form? Thats most common, having an ego bigger then your muscles will get you into trouble also.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
It doesn't take much for me to get motivated. I have a whole section of things in my mind I can go through for fuel.
