My whole family goes to the gym. I love to be in shape. I'm short so its difficult. I always exceled at sports and I worked at a gym for a long time .....

My goal is to be 118 by Summer again... As all of you know I was 4 lbs away from my goal last year and I gained all the weight back during the holidays !!!!!!

STARTING OVER..... I WASN'T GETTING THE RESULTS I WAS LOOKING FOR ALTHOUGH I WAS IN THE GYM 5 DAYS A WEEK AN HOUR A DAY PLUS CARDIO. I NEED SOME POINTERS CAN ANYONE HELP? ;) JUST JOKING....... IM GOING TO DO SOME RESEARCH AND SEE WHERE THAT TAKES ME...
Walking and jogging- 7 times a week,(no more running due to knee injury ) 40- 60 minutes depending on day.
Shoulders, butt, abs, legs, back..... 3 times a week
lower body......2 times a week
group classes- once a week
