How I Started:
I got started in order to feel great and finally get the body I've always wanted.
Why I Love It:
I love that it's a continual challenge to yourself...you try to squeeze out one more rep or to lift 5 pounds heavier. I also love the way it makes me feel - healthy and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Actually writing down my goals helps tremendously. As does looking at pictures of beautiful, strong women.
Another motivation for me is that I'm vegan and I love to show people just how healthy veganism is.

Slice up a banana and freeze it (this works great for overripe bananas). What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I follow a vegan diet. I am trying to eat whole foods...lots of produce, whole grains such as quinoa and millet, beans, legumes, soy...I am trying to stay away from sugar and I eat gluten sparingly.
