I once again ate and drank whatever I wanted until my body got entirely too far out of control. I also wasn't doing any kind of fitness program. I decided it was time for a change.
Why I Love It:
The pump. Seeing transformation.

You made great progress since starting. You sound like you need a couple of weeks off because you are just burnt out. Working out is work but it should be fun. When the fun stops, you need to take a short break. When you come back off your break, keep it very simple eating your 5-6 meals a day and working out 4-5 days a week. YOUR MAIN GOAL IS TO HAVE FUN, YOUR ABS WILL COME WITH TIME. Bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint.

Your arms are getting leaned out, can see the veins starting to pop out...Your chest has really grown, nice definition there...abs are coming along-in one of the pics you can see the outline of the abs pretty well! Nice progress and keep that diet tight with plenty of cardio this time through- you will love the results!!
Nice progress bro! I like the side by side with dates added- your chest and lat development is very noticeable on your front most muscular pic, we will have another solid plan starting up and that stubborn fat will be shedded!
You rated the BSN Syntha-6 really high, must taste good! Kinda pricey though, i will keep looking around and see if I can score a deal on it....15 carbs per serving, have to save that for carb load day....
