July is a month where I like to take a few more liberties than usual. I have my birthday, 4th of July and my wedding anniversary all in a 2 week timeframe. But, it is now all over, and I am happy to get back to the gym and get rid of all that bad stuff!

So the H helps stimulate the contraction of the muscles, helping to shed more fat, and the saran wrap increases fat and water loss. It is not pleasant, but the results are immediate, you can see a difference right away, subtle but encouraging! The H burns a little.... and the saran wrap is not very comfortable! Chantie
