I maintained a relatively healthy weight throughout highschool due to my active lifestyle (dance, competitive cheerleading, gym). I rarely watched what I ate but was always slightly uncomfortable with how I looked.
Once I started college, and stopped working out the weight came on fast. I gained around 50lbs in less than a year! I was so depressed and lethargic and after about 2 years of being fat and sad I decided to get my ass back in shape.
I lost the extra weight pretty fast through diet and exercise and have stayed around my highschool weight (135-145lbs) again for about a year.
This january, I was sick of just being "okay" with my body so I hit the gym really hard and was super strict with my diet. I was trying out for a pro-NFL cheerleading team in march so I was very motivated to make some changes. I got down to 127llbs (could even see my abs for once haha).
I mainted that weight loss for a couple months but this summer was full of late night binges, alcohol, all resulting in a 15lbs+ weight gain. I could feel myself starting to fall into the cycle of binge/diet again.
So that brings me to now...I want to ONCE AND FOR ALL lose this weight, lean out, and tone up. NO MORE EXCUSES!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling you get after a sweaty workout. It's a rush!
How I Stay Motivated:
All the amazing people on here. I also love setting new goals for myself. Actually seeing physical changes day to day motivate me to keep going.
