Not much change there..tried incorporating 'tip-toe movements'(when i rise from the squatted position, i go all the way up on my toes) when doing dumbbell squats but i guess i do need to work it proper.

I seriously don't know what to do with them. Any advise? I do single calf raises with weights right now. i don't want to use the calf machine because its bad for your back and I've used the calve-raise machine that had the weight resting on your knees when seated but they cause my calves cramps. I stretch my calves when i stretch for my hamstrings. Anything more isolating?

Biceps and triceps are kind of still the same size. I have to admit that I haven't been too deligent with them. Most kids my age only work their 'guns' but I seem to have neglected them. Serious work is in order. I want a little more size and then definition. I don't think i want lego blocks for arms haha
