My concern is also my lats.i do shoulder-width pullups for my biceps but i don't think it works my lats enough. I do dumbell rows for my back as well but i don't know if it helps my lats. Help me look over my workout program on my profile and let me know if its good bro! It would be well appreciated!

I'm bulking enough to get some arm,upper body and back mass in general.My quads are fine so just need to bulk up enough.I still do work my abs (p90x ab-ripper/8minute abs /leg raises) twice a week as well. I can feel them under my flab haha but just not my lower abs and the V.

Lol..I try to maintain my diet but I figure I'm bulking so I eat more then i'm supposed to sometimes because I don't want to undereat and lost my muscle mass. I do cardio 2 times a week to keep the fat in check but otherwise, my diet is a bulking one where I'm eating or snacking throughout the day especially when I'm going to the gym that day. On off days, i have the protein shakes as supplement and very little carbs. What does your diet look like? What do you follow?
