I have always been on the bulkier side. Both muscles and fat. I guess am a true endomorph. Most of my friends thought I was cool because I was bigger then them. I just thought I want to be leaner like them. High school days haha. I started by being in the Trim and Fit program (for fat kids lol) and we were made to run every morning and did light weights after school. I liked the idea that i was working towards a better health and body and loved the pump i got eventhough I'd get home and my hands would be shaking just holding a mug! I got involved in the vollyball team and adopted the athletic lifestyle and have not looked back. Corny, I know.

They are the set of muscles that i'm happy with so far..good size but need to bulk and tone more.
Biceps and triceps are kind of still the same size. I have to admit that I haven't been too deligent with them. Most kids my age only work their 'guns' but I seem to have neglected them. Serious work is in order. I want a little more size and then definition. I don't think i want lego blocks for arm ...
I want to sort of lose the fats and pack on lean muscle mass. I've been the guys thats always been kinda 'thick' since young cuz i love food but 2 summers back, i actually got a nice body with six-pack abs and all..sadly, lost that body and now I want it back!
Finally done with exams and did not get too much done frankly with regards to my lifting. I still managed to stick my diet as best i could and that has resulted in loss of weight. Not as much as i'd like but it comes with time i guess.
I think with the loss of fats, more muscle definition...
No doubt man! Stick to ur basics for bulkin tho, like ur bench press, squat, deadlift amongst other things! Once u got the mass on u, then cut up and ur gonna like what u see when everything shows man
Nice man! Make sure u keep those cals high! Right now I'm still cutting I'm doing keto, or low carb. I like it and I can actually stick to it which helps lol, id say still hit those abs tho during ur bulk, then when u cut up man everything will look awesome! How long r u gonna bulk 4 dude?
Thanx a lot man! Dude its 80% diet! I hit my lowers very hard with weighted stuff. Like leg raises and the captains chair but its mainly diet! How urs man?
