How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has made me feel more confidant and I love myself now so I don't walk around with a bad attitude anymore. I am just trying to enjoy every aspect of my life and it feels great!

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
It's going to be harder to eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hours at work because I have someone who is looking to get me into trouble for any reason that he can think of to make himself look better.

Well that's good to hear. I am doing okay but haven't seen any progress in forever and fell off of my routine because of stress and my husband's stupid work schedule. But I have been looking into at home workouts now on bodyrock.tv. You should check it out ;-)This chick is ripped and just works out at home with minimal equipment! Her workouts are very creative and are full body workouts.
Hey u! Everything is going much better.. I am back to working out full time and I also have started dropping pounds again :). How is everything on your end?

Hmmm... Things with me are going real well. I'm loving the new year, but I've been feeling low on energy lately so haven't lifted in a week. I am making it priority today to go to the gym when my husband gets home even though it will be very late.
Don't feel discouraged about your progress pics. You said your stats are better, but the pics seem worse. Well first I noticed the side view of your belly looks like it shrank a bit on the top and also noticed your pants are different than the last pics and are tighter which might be why you looked different than the last ones. Just maybe try wearing the same clothes every time you take new pics. Then you'll notice the difference ;-) You are making great progress!
