How I Started:
Worked out on and off for ten years but with no understanding of diet. I didn't make any great progress until joining this site and reading all the wonderful advice from you great people.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the physical changes that happen over time. It also makes me feel fabulous.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easily.....I only have to look in the mirror. My body is in its best shape ever.

Goal (Long):
Ive been attending the gym on and off for 5 years with no real improvement. I want to up my training by spending more time on myself to become as healthy as possible.I aim to lower body fat and gain muscle. Oh, and I would dearly love to achieve a set of 10 unaided pull-ups. At the moment I can only lift about a third of my body weight.
I've lifted on and off for 17years and only recently got back into it bigtime. Finding progress much slower this time round due to my age but fitnessfortune has shown that all is not lost....you go girl! She has shown that true dedication and hard work can turn back the hands of time.
