How I Started:
Worked out on and off for ten years but with no understanding of diet. I didn't make any great progress until joining this site and reading all the wonderful advice from you great people.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the physical changes that happen over time. It also makes me feel fabulous.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easily.....I only have to look in the mirror. My body is in its best shape ever.

Overcoming a shoulder injury thanks to the advice of Emma-Leigh.

Ideally, reduce my body fat from 28% to around 18% and have a knock-out body by the time I reach 50 in 3 years time.
Goal (Long):
Ive been attending the gym on and off for 5 years with no real improvement. I want to up my training by spending more time on myself to become as healthy as possible.I aim to lower body fat and gain muscle. Oh, and I would dearly love to achieve a set of 10 unaided pull-ups. At the moment I can only lift about a third of my body weight.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-60secs...again that's what advice I've read.

8-12 cause I read it is good for muscle growth.
