How I Started:
I have always wanted to be big and strong ever since I was a young boy. I have always been kind of small compared to others. My wrestling coach recommended that I take a weights class in order to get stronger. Once I started lifting, I loved it. I love watching my body grow.
Why I Love It:
I just love to see my body change. Bodybuilding also takes my mind off other stressful things...like...homework.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes it's hard for me to stay motivated. Other people at my school usually keep me motivated.

I havent really accomplished anything yet. I just started. I am just lifting hard, and trying to put on as much muscle mass as I can
i always take mine like this...one in the morning (2 scoups is what i call one) and one directly after a workout. Thats min. sometimes i throw another one in there during the day sometime.
