What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I sleep about 1hour after work and then I get in the car and listen to my favorite music before I hit the gym!
Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
