How I Started:
My buddy tony got me into it, he was the most jacked 14 year old that V.C.M.S was to see. I knew one day i must overcome him.
Why I Love It:
Feel great afterwards and you always get compliments, helps keep a good looking glass self even when you look shitty. Plus its nice to know that you can bench press more that your father.
How I Stay Motivated:
Matt Powell keeps me motivated, and the Vitamin shoppe staff for constantly hating us for coming in and purchasing $2 drinks.
BB Accomplishments:
Dumbell Pressing 90lbs 7 times this weekend.

Still, 240 is huge, but I expect to hear from you when you hit 250. I'm in the U.S. on the east coast.
