How I Started:
I got to thinking back when I was a kid in elementary school. It seemed every year there was some sort of function where the parents came to school. Both of my parents were big and most of my classmates would make fun of them. I had asked them not to come to any of the functions for one reason or the other. I wasn't ashamed of my parents I just didn't want to deal with the crap. Now that my oldest has started preschool, I want him to be proud to show his daddy off.
Why I Love It:
I just started out and I can already see the results. I feel fresh and revived everyday.

My wife and kids.
