How I Started: When I was a junior in high school I weighed 125 and was 5'6"..so i decided to lift just to put on weight and be stronger..Then I started doin it for girls and boxing and now I do it for bodybuilding.
Why I Love It: I like being big and strong. I also enjoy the feeling of getting a good workout in.
How I Stay Motivated: My lifting partner John Rozmus clearly has an inferior physique, and I want to keep it that way. Check out his profile and you will agree haha (J-ROZ)
BB Accomplishments: None yet...But im looking to do a competition this spring perhaps.

Your biceps are going to be overworked cuz you will be hitting them 4 days a week with arms one day and back the next. That is why I paired them with back.
