Peirce College Attended 2003 to 2009 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania United States
High School:
Bartram John - Main Attended 1984 to 1998 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania United States
When I Started:
How I Started:
I looked at my thighs one evening after taking a shower and they looked flabby, they were not big as I was only a size 2, but I wanted to "tone them up" and get them in shape.
Why I Love It:
Working out is great for mind, self esteem, of course your body.
Bodybuilding, I believe is what happens when you first realize how much you love weights and it's about pushing yourself to the limit to be the best and look the best. Bodybuilding is awesome for the self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately I have not been motivated, however, previously I used to work out with some of the best of the best trainers and body builders. They'd say push this weight, and I'd say okay.
By "transforming my body" I mean building up nice sculpted traps, a nice wing span, a smaller waist, ripped abs, thick defined quads and ham strings, defined arms, and strong calves. Regardless of how hard I work my calves, they only get strong and never change shape.
