Sunday-3x12 all lifts-Bench, Lat Pulldowns, Shoulder Shrugs, Overhead Press, Cable Rows, Tricep Pushdowns, Cable Curls.
Monday-3x12 all lifts-Deep Squats, Calf Extensions, Dead lifts, Cable Reverse Toe Raises, 150 modified Crunches and leg raises, 4 mile run
Wednesday-4x6 all lifts-Bench Lockouts, Weighted Chins, Shoulder Shrugs, Reverse Grip Bench, TBar Row, Bent Arm Pullovers
Thursday-4x6 all lifts-Leg Press, Calf Extensions, Stiff Legged Dead Lift, Cable Reverse Toe Raises, Windshield Wipers3x20, Crunch with Cable Pulldown3x20, 4 mile run
I commonly switch out for lunges or box squats as the mood hits me on either leg day.
