Hlafway through week 3 of the transformtion challenge. Results are nowhere near, the results I expected. I cannot say I am completely dissappointed though. I have still lost some weight. I learned a while ago to not just focus on the numbers. I can tell a great difference in my clothes, some that I bought purposely too smal I can now fit. I am going to keep pushing on, and fix the glitches in my program. I am prouud of my gains in the weeight room and the change in my physical ability when... Go to BodyBlog
