When I Started: 2004
How I Started: When I was in college I started working out because I was really impressed with the physiques in fitness magazines. It also helps me in my other favorite pastime martial arts.
Why I Love It: It's really concrete change. It doesn't come easy but when you can lift more or your shoulders are more defined its a really measurable difference unlike other pastimes and sports.
How I Stay Motivated: It's really hard just looking to other people for modivation.
BB Accomplishments: Just staying fit. I had gotten up to 175 lbs. but life got busy and I lost 15 lbs of that. I'm back up to 166 and would like to get back above 170

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to gain 10 pounds of muscle particularly in my arms, back and shoulders. I'd also like to add flexiblity to my legs
Goal (Long): I'd like to be able to Bench Press 300, Squat 450, and do 12 pull-ups with a 45 lb weight. I'd really like to try to get a well balance physique
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 5%

Took a day off training last week.  My wife and I were on vacation and between traveling between airports and layovers  I felt like only missing one day was good.  I was really lucky that our hotel had a simple but fairly nice gym. 

My shoulder was aching before I left. So did a light...
