When I Started:
May, 2007
How I Started:
I have been working on my physeque on and off for years. Sometimes I allow circumstances pull me away from it. I never really had a clear goal before but now I think I do and I am back with a vangance.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after a workout, but more than that, knowing the difference in my body when I am not working out, I know that it is better for me. Then there is the looks you get from the ladies.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a friend I workout with who, though is focused on different goals, works with a sick intensity. I have a long distance female friend who works hard on her physeque as well and we motivate each other. Then I put mirrors all over the house. If I see it I won't forget where I am going.
BB Accomplishments:
When I first started as a teen I went from 155 at 5' 11", weak and skinny to 198 and nice in 6 months. Likely my biggest gains ever. My body was ready for it.

This time I am in...
