Will do, man. I think doing a natural show will be fun and a little more fair as far as competition goes.

Haha, yeah. I'm in my best condition ever at this weight. I'm aiming for novice middles. We'll see. I think I'll come in around 165lbs competition weight. If all goes according to plan a couple of my lifting partners will be competing there as well. I'm looking into maybe hitting the OCB Indy show that's coming up too.

Thanks man, I've been training hard. We'll see about the pool parties and the beach though, haha. I find upping my fats always seems to help me break through a plateau. Saturated fats do wonders for your body's hormone system and joints; plus they taste good, haha.

Hey, I'm cutting for summer, not competing though. I'm going to school and working alot, not enough time to compete, I am running at 8% bodyfat right now. What's up with you?

Wow. Only leaves me about 10 weeks to prep. I can do it though. We'll see man. I'll probably use some ephedrine and caffeine. Which would disqualify me for natural competition.

Hey man. I'm thinking about the Indy. I'd be men's novice, maybe lightweight. What's the date on that, do you know? I'd only need to drop about 10lbs.

I just got that message. I didn't even know it was going on. I dunno, I'm thinking about taking up a new sport. This one just seems too... I dunno. Meaningless I guess. I'm thinking about studying martial arts. I'll always keep lifting though, of course.

Man, it's all in the diet. Keto all the way. That and about 25-30 minutes of cardio in the mornings before breakfast. That'll do it.

Heaviest weight yet, 188lbs about 9-10%bf. I'm planning on competing again here in about a year. I wanna compete at/around the 170lb mark. I'm not sure what the novice cut offs are for lightweigh, middleweight, heavyweight, etc... So, dunno. We'll see.

Dunno. A little bogged down at the moment. Gonna just keep bulking for now, I guess. No way I would have time to compete, the way things are going right now. I do turn 20 tomorrow! As if that were anything special. What about you, competing anytime soon?

No, I am probably going to take a year or so off from competing to bulk. I can help you with your competition and diet and stuff. You know which show you were wanting to do? If not, just tell me when you want to compete and I will tell you which show or shows will be around that time.

I'll try to get some progress pics up this weekend. I haven't gained alot of weight, maybe only 10lbs from my profile pic. I will make sure to get some leg shots though. You're looking huge in the new pic by the way.

Yep. Bulking for now. I don't really have a lot of extra money right now. Focusing on getting my personal training license so I can up my income and maybe make a living doing something I like rather than factory work. I want to start school next year. Just found out I can get an associates in kineseology at our community college, which is really cool. Hopefully I can get that done. And... Yeah. So. That's what I'm up to. Yourself?

Yeah it can get kind of tough. The best thing I could recommend would be bringing whey with you to work and running off to the bathroom to drink it halfway through your shift or whenever. Just mix it with water.
