I joined a gym close to my school at the time... And so the story goes... Big inot my gym now and love working out!
Why I Love It:
The feeling of getting stronger each time you workout...
The feeling of supercompensation on your rest day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Pick a muscle or group you want to improve,and train it until it is as you want it! And my trainer is good too!

Ive completed a National Qualification in Health & Exercise Studies and Pearsonal Training, Poliquin International Certification Program Level 1, Poliquin Instant Muscle Strengthning Techniques...
And have studied Biochemistry for the past 3 years.....

hey man, how've you been keepin i was wonderin what happened, yourself and rocky have got quiet eh? training for me is going good. to be honest, any picture i post is always a pumped shot, so that helps alot. i see you still have a wash board stomach, man i keep gettin fatter and fatter. hows life in general, any shows bud?

Hi davielawson. Thanks for your comments mate, my body fat % was just a guess really but I do think I was above 10%.
Youre looking in good shape mate and only 19! Stick with it and I am sure you will be able to attain an awesome physique.
