once you have the technique for reverse shrugs, i find it more effective than both db shurgs and front bb shrugs..
Check it on google or do some web research :)

keep the weight high reps 6-10. Best exercise for strength and muscle mass. For traps, have you tried front barbell shrug and reverse bb shrug?
Back squats, dead lifts, lunges, calf raises n leg extensions
Legs two to three times a week is ideal. focus on back squats as they work every leg muscle simultaneously.
This is my squat routine
1 x 65kg WU set
2 x 75kg 10-12 reps
2 x 85kg 8-10 reps
2 x 95 kg 6-10
1 x 100kg until failure.
dead lifts are my personal favourite, but I tend to do this exercise on a back and legs day. ( once a week)
also another thing, do you you include shoulder shrugs into you routine?
Yes you are. Shoulders, chest, traps, tri/bi, lats all look very aligned with one another. You will be at least 20lbs more than I was, when you hit 18 I reckon.
Remember Your 'hugeness' mostly comes from wide thighs and shoulders. so make sure you train legs to, if you aren't already!
let me know how you progress!
Stay motivated!
