Overall Goal: To become a natural pro in the next 10 years. I want to look like a cross between Frank Zane and Flex Wheeler. Two of the best ectomorphic physiques to ever grace the planet.
I got started so I would stop getting kicked around in high school sports. I rememeber starting off benching like 30 pounds and that was heavy! Lol. Now, Im trying to get back into it with the motivation I had way back then. I want to become a pro.
Why I Love It:
It is one of the only constants in life and this is why I love it. I also love it because I can measure it. I know Im getting better when I lift more or when I see growth. Its an art form. And is a measurable art form. I think its a shame if people don't strive to be their physical best...
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motiveted by surrounding myself with positive people. People who are supportive. Seeing results is really motivational as well. Bodybuilding requires a strong spirit to guide the body. You can't be a weak person and gain a strong body. It takes hard ass work. It takes someone who is confident and someone who is willing to pay a price.
BB Accomplishments:
Becoming a personal trainer. Not quiting and being consistent is the biggest accomplishment out there. I would have to say consistency is my best accomplishment so far.
To become a natural pro in the next 10 years. I want to look like a cross between Frank Zane and Flex Wheeler. Two of the best ectomorphic physiques to ever grace the planet.
Goal (Long):
This means I have to get serious now. Upper body needs some work. I need to work on my bench. I still haven't found something that really works good for me. I need to work on upper chest.
My deadlift is good, squats are still coming along. Iv got great back and legs.
Im pretty balanced and healthy. I just need to add a half inch everywhere.
My goal in the next two years is to have a 350lb Bench, a 500lb squat, and a 650lb deadlift.
Long way to go. Sigh... A lot of heavy ass weight.
Once I get this amount of weight moving, its going to be just about balance and toning.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
interval sprints. because i want to remain a athlete and to have some endurance as well. Its not enough for me to just be a huge bodybuilder. I want to be athletic and able.
Doggcrap training (originally written by Doggcrap aka Dante)
"It is so tough to talk about training when I am not in front of someone. In real life or at my gym people will see me or someone I train and be convinced that my system works very well. And in person I can explain how it...
