How I Started:
I have always felt tall and skinny. I was bullied a lot when I was younger, and have always had the desire to be a "big guy". Only now do I think I have the discipline and the know-how to get it done.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel healthy, happy, empowered, masculine. I like the attention, the hard work, and sharing that hard work and progress with others.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching myself progress - watching "pumping iron" - setting new goals - and getting feedback from all of ya'll.

davidlnakchanged Weight from 204.4 lbs. to 205 lbs., a 0.6 lb. gain in 2 days
I just gained 20 pounds in 2 months! I'm gonna keep on going, try to put on 30 pounds total which would put me at 215 lbs. Then I'll take a look in the mirror and make new plans.
Trains hard for aesthetics AND for functionality. He's made incredible gains and has done it on a 100% natural diet! On top of this, he has a huge heart. This guy rocks.
Why I like this video: Dick Valentine (yes that is his name) is looking extra ripped, and it is obviously due to his strenuous workout routine which includes perfected electric guitar riffs on the bench.
