I want to lose weight and increase my muscle so that I dont have to be embarresed by shirt being off.
Goal (Long):
I have been big ever since I was 12 years old. In 2005 I joined the united states army and got down to 200 lbs. I got hurt and stopped exercising now I am back up to a whopping 350 lbs. I fear that I will die of obesity realated problems and I just had a son. I wish to get down to 200 lbs by my birthday next year on november 8, 1980 as a present to myself. In the past I have faked the funk and went through the motions now I am hunkering down and ready to get the job done!
