When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
I was first introduced to weight lifting by my father, I was pretty young but I can still remember the sound of him screaming coming from the garage lol! I know he always wanted me to catch the bug but I never did really. I didn’t see the point I guess.
In high school I was a pretty good athlete and especially at football, I was small but I still hit like a truck, speed made up for a lot. I was always told I had a future in football but I never took it seriously. After getting hurt I pretty much lost all motivation, I didn't think I could do it anymore.
I ended up getting in some trouble when I was a junior and got suspended for the first 4 games of my senior season of football. They said I could serve the suspension then or serve it during baseball, lol I couldn’t hit a ball for crap so it didn’t really hurt my feelings too much. The baseball coach ended up being the weightlifting coach, so he pretty much dogged me everyday till I finally gave in...And it was awesome. I lifted throughout the rest of the year and into the next season. I kind of fell off working out after football ended.
Ever since I got deployed though I decided might as well get into it again, and now I’m in the best shape ever! My buddy Stone taught me a lot about how to lift correctly. How form and Failure are the true Keys to developing size and strength.
Also my biggest Inspiration has been my Girl friend. She has always shown encouragement in everything I have chosen to do. Being able to wow her is such an amazing feeling because she is so beautiful. Whenever she sends pictures it motivates me to want to look better for her. Having someone like her is truly a blessing. I Love you Timber and miss you very much, be home soon!
Why I Love It:
I Love the fact you can change the way you look, its almost like armt. The way you can mold your body into the shape and form you want with a little dedication. The feeling you of accomplisment you get from seeing results is indescribable.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends and Family, knowing that it will pay off in the end. I have seen results so quickly that now they have slowed down. It makes me never want to give up because its like a movie waiting for a suspensful ending lol, I hope its a good one too!
BB Accomplishments:
Inscreased Bench press by 100lbs in less than 11 months.
Making Military Amatuer Body Builder of the month
Being apart of Team Cellucor
I have reached all of my goals that I set for myself before my deployment. Well accept for a couple but Im still young.

And as we proceed,
To Mosh through this desert storm,
In these closing statements, if they should argue
Let us beg to differ
As we set aside our differences
And assemble our own army
To disarm this Weapon of Mass Destruction
That we call our President, for the present
And Mosh for the future of our next generation
To speak and be heard
Mr. President, Mr. Senator
Do you guy's hear us
