I first started strength training as a way to overcome the weak knees that prevented me from playing sports.
Why I Love It:

I was wanting some advice . I cant get my abs to show through . Not sure if i need to change my ab work out or do more cardio . Dont really want to go any thinner .
Train abs 3 times a week with variety of exercises.

I'm not sure if I will compete again. Posing suit is officially retired. Dieting down lean and mean for guest posing, posing seminars (can't look sloppy) and photo shoots. Hopefully the next time you see me I won't look as soft as the last time you saw me. But I got some good off season lifts in. :)

i have taken the year off to build some thickness on me i might take next year off as well depending on how school goes and add some more size to my frame. as for now iam enjoying theoff season, but when i return it will be all pro -qualifiers, april 18 in kentucky is the first one on my list
