Astonico Hi David, I just read your motivation. I didn't notice it untill after I read your transformation that I have a similar goal than you do. 85Kg @ 10% body fat. brandonj2499 Yeah I've always eaten a lot of carbs and protein. It didn't help me those few weeks cause it wasn't much cardio. But my problem is I've always been in shape. I just actually want to look it for once. So I've been trying a lot of different things and your workout honestly seem like the best for me. Oct 1, 2012 12:35am

brandonj2499 Thanks, No more cliff bars for me than lol. I have just a few more questions that popped in my head, I have to pre make my meals on Sunday so basically I just got some salad, tuna and chicken. Do you have anything you liked to pre make to last you the week? And also When you did the 12 week trainer did you change his stuff up a little or follow it exactly? Cause I tried a 12 week trainer and after 3 weeks I gained about 10 lbs when I want to lose weight. Sep 30, 2012 8:07pm
