Got Tired of being overweight and lazy and decided to live a healthy more active life.
Why I Love It:
I love the feelin I get on The weekend when I get Stares left and right after having a good workout week.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with music which is my life and the satisfaction i get from reaching my goals.Nothing motivates me more then seeing other fit men and women its an inspiration to seee others in such great shape.

My goal is to lose about 40 more pounds while still keeping the lean muscle i have now.
Goal (Long):
To become lean and cut with 10%-12% body fat. Most of all i just wanna look good with my shirt off and be healthy.
I also want to become a Supp. Company Rep and answer any questions people may have.
I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true. I needed a body transformation and got it by following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks long. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat. Push yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give a yell if you wish more info.
the best advise i could give you is to go purchase the book "H.U.G.E." by Flex. it has everything you will ever need to know about bodybuilding. it will be the best $24 you ever spend.
