Why I Love It: I love the feelin I get on The weekend when I get Stares left and right after having a good workout week.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): My goal is to lose about 40 more pounds while still keeping the lean muscle i have now.
Goal (Long): To become lean and cut with 10%-12% body fat. Most of all i just wanna look good with my shirt off and be healthy. I also want to become a Supp. Company Rep and answer any questions people may have.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 40 lb

I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true. I needed a body transformation and got it by following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks long. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat. Push yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give a yell if you wish more info.

the best advise i could give you is to go purchase the book "H.U.G.E." by Flex. it has everything you will ever need to know about bodybuilding. it will be the best $24 you ever spend.
