My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

Not so much a diet

I eat primarily chicken breast. coupled with sweet potatoes or brown rice. I have cheat meals once or twice a week with plenty of fruits and veggies. I love oranges, pinneapple, apples, bananas, coconut. For veggies i like to make stews. all natural i add : celery, carrots, bell peppers, onions, garlic, seasonings, red potatoes. whatever healthy things i can think of. I like greek yogurt, skim milk for protein shakes.

jongraham90 Yea I'm gonna work with this routine for roughly another month. I've been lifting for 2 years consistently now. I'm trying to gain some mass so I've been thinking of switching to RIppetoes starting strength for 3 months to put on some mass, but I'm worried I will lose definition in some of the other parts of my body.
