Going to the weight room at school, then getting a gym membership and finally saved up and bout a bunch of weights

I really want a scholarship for wrestling.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I take 2 servings of Muscle Milk after each workout with milk. I drink it because I read that your muscle are broken down after a workout and need protein to rebuild, so I drink it.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
