If I work out in the mornings it is defintely a boost for the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's very hard but I really wanted to get back into shape. I have been going to the gym for a couple of years now. There have been times where I would take some time off and it's amazing how fast you lose your shape so that kind of keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
So far my biggest accomplishment is losing 29lbs. I am 5'10" and was 210lbs now I am weighing in at 181 lbs 6 more to go I want to get to 175 then bulk back with lean muscle using WELLNESSPRO.COM/BURNFAT
after I lose the rest of my weight I will then turn that into lean muscle growth while trying to stay at about 5% body fat which I will do using the WellnessPro System.
