i am a beginer need to lose my 41 inch waist back in eight grade to 9th grade i had a 67 inch waist and now in sophmore year it srunk to 41
Why I Love It:
to improve my body the way it looks and feels and to live up to my nick name tuski
How I Stay Motivated:
look at my tummy thats all i need it needs work
BB Accomplishments:
my arms went from flabby sticks to 13 inch arms flexed all the upper arm cercomferance triceps need so much work it aint funny and definatly need a solid chest
a) chest,triceps, calves
b) back, biceps, abs
c) legs, calves
I don't train sholuders and forearms directly.
this are my personal suggests: eat a lot -6 times a day, use heavy weight, focus on the basic exercises : bench press , deadlifts, squat ecc. ,drink a lot of water.
I think the most important thing in BB is nutrition. however that's my program:
A)chest,triceps,calv es
1)bench press ( barbell or dumbells)
2)incline( barbell or dumbells)
3)dumbell pullover
4) dips
5)stanfing calf
B)back,biceps,abs
1)pul l-up
2) chin up or cable row
3)dumbell curl or hammer curl or concentration curl
4) abs
C) legs 1) squat, leg press or hacksquat
2) leg - ext. 3)leg curl 4) calf press
I don't train shoulders and forearms directly
my legs are probably the biggest thing in proportion to other people, its good to have fat legs lol dont ever stop workin ure legs out and just your upper half, yes that means calfs aswell lol, if u wanna get big quick max out and never do more than 8 reps on anything untill u decide to burn fat, dont burn fat untill you get big, this is what i am doin now, im 14 sotne when i get to 16 stone i will do cardio and become ripped lol long message. p.s egg whites and pasta!! lol
